Anti-inflammatory and calming drink.

- 1.5 cups almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tsp turmeric, dried
- ½ tsp dried ginger or 1 drop ginger oil
- ½ tsp cinnamon or 1 drop cinnamon oil
- ½ tsp black pepper or 1 drop black pepper oil
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
- 1 tsp raw honey
- Pinch sea salt
- Combine all ingredients into a saucepan and heat till a low boil. Whisk all ingredients together while it's heating. If using essential oils, add them in after the heat is turned off. Enjoy!!
