- 1 cup frozen organic berries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1 scoop protein powder*
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon raw organic coconut oil
- *Use either MRM, Jay Robb, Tera’s Whey, and Fit 365 are the best brands, since
- they are sweetened with stevia and are hormone- and antibiotic-free. If you don’t mind the flavor, you can add 1teaspoon of powdered greens, such as Vitamineral Green, to enhance the nutritional value of your smoothie.
